'Super Sensitive' by Ataru Sato showcases artworks from 2008 to 2021. Sato maps out emotions like fear, desire, innocence, and romance through simple pen and pencil sketches. Some pieces offer deeply personal glimpses of his own nude body, while others captivate with a charming comic-book style, weaving narrative threads.

The book was published on the occasion of his solo exhibition, “111 / triple one,” at Tokyo's KOSAKU KANECHIKA gallery in 2022.

Ataru Sato was born in 1986 and is currently based in Tokyo. In 2019, he was selected as one of three Japanese artists for the "INTERPRETATIONS, TOKYO" exhibition at Hara Museum of Contemporary Art in Tokyo, curated by the Antwerp-based fashion designer Dries Van Noten. Additionally, he was one of five artists featured in the debut group exhibition at Espace Louis Vuitton Tokyo, "Cosmic Travelers – Toward the Unknown" back in 2012.
